This position requires excellent customer service and problem solving skills. The primary focus of this position is to communicate with clients via email, phone, and online to answer questions regarding the software and its functionality.


Since we help grow businesses by linking together all of the functions of their organization including sales, production, accounting, and financial reporting into a single, integrated software platform, it is imperative that you have a basic understanding of accounting and business concepts and operations.
