Everyone defines and measures success in their own way.  Here at Include, success means helping make our clients’ lives better – in little and big ways.   Recently we spoke with a few of our newer clients to find out how Asset has helped them achieve success.  We asked “What functions or processes in Asset have made your life better?”

“Before we had Asset, I was the only one that had access to QuickBooks in our office.  I would be questioned regularly on what does this customer owe us and how much did we bill this month or where are we at with hours on this job?  If I wasn’t in the office that day, then the other owners would have to wait to get their answers.  Now that we have Asset, everyone has access to the information.  If they need to know information on customers, vendors or financials, they can go in when they want it and get their answers.  It has saved me time not having the constant interruptions.

Before we had Asset, we would have to wait at least a week to find out how many hours we spent on jobs.  Now that we have Asset, timesheets are processed every day and you have real time information.  We can adjust our game plan on jobs daily so we can make sure projects come in on budget.  It’s a lifesaver.”

“RSG Landscaping just recently went “Live”, and we already see the benefits of switching to the Asset software program to run our company.  Before deciding on Asset, we had several software programs to handle our accounting and bidding processes.  Asset software is truly an all in one program that will enable us to work more efficiently in the office and in the field.  We are amazed at the amount of time that is reduced in locating information now versus using other software programs before Asset.

Utilizing Schedule Manager will enable us to schedule work more accurately to get the most production out of our crews.  One feature we look forward to using is the notifications option.  This will allow us to notify our customers when their work is scheduled and complete, something that will allow us to improve our customer service to clients.
