Our business currently focuses on the design and implementation of business management software for the landscape maintenance, landscape design / build and snow removal industries. Unlike others in this field, our product provides a GAAP accounting system that allows for job cost accounting - no additional accounting integration or cost is needed to manage financials.

We are currently building our cloud-based product from the ground up, leveraging our vast experience and cost accounting capabilities that differentiate us. Our product will allow our clients to perform their work - anywhere. Our client’s employees will now have full access to the data needed when necessary. The work you will perform:
- Develop, test, document, and deploy software products in an Agile, CI/CD environment.
- Analyze functional requirements for software solutions and create accessible, RESTful APIs for easy consumption.
- Be an active, collaborative member of the TEAM, advocating for best practices and solutions.
Things you possess:
- Successful, proven backend development experience, making high-level architecture decisions, and developing easy-to-use APIs
- Working knowledge of accounting principles as required for ERP design is a plus.
- Experience with managed application platforms - AWS and Azure
- The technology stack includes Node.js, .NET Core framework, Python, React, C#, JavaScript, and other general purpose programming languages, as well as various SQL and noSQL
- Deep understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, synchronization, database programming, and database design, distributed systems, integrations, microservices, and DevOps. Blockchain is a plus
- Meticulous, disciplined documentation and writing skills
- Excellent soft skills, including empathy for end-user, effective verbal communication, and collaboration skills
- Computer Science / Software Engineering / Data Science / Programming & Software Development degree -or- equivalent software development experience
